My name is Kara Wagenknecht. I currently work for the University of Iowa Athletic Department as a marketing coordinator.

I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in May of 2023 with a B.A. in Journalism and minors in Business and Sports Media. I served as the Head Photo Editor for CU's student-run newspaper, The CU Independent. My work for the CUI can be found at this link. I also worked for the CU Athletic Department as a digital content and social media management intern.
